Does Norbiton really exist?

I'm just wondering if anyone has any information as to why Kingston council have replaced Norbiton with Kingston on road/street signs? IAFYM (talk) 00:01, 24 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea. All the other nearby areas - Coobme and Kingston Hill have the correct road signs.

History

Just how big is Norbiton? And surely something happened there before 1960. What was its previous administration before the Royal London Borough of Kingston upon Thames came along? --Oldontarian (talk) 09:46, 28 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
