This image, Prydonian.jpg, is a promotional picture from Doctor Who Magazine copyrighted by either the BBC, Doctor Who Magazine or the Photographer, I futurehawk|talk 21:32, 14 September 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution cropped image;
- The image is being used for informational purposes showing The Doctor who is a Time Lord dressed as such, The Doctor normally wears clothes he is more comfortable in when traveling;
- This image is a rare example of The Doctor dressed as a Time Lord No more free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question, and does not show any storyline or action.
