  Sorry, I wasn't clear. In this context, "credit" means "who took the photos (was it you or someone else) or from where did you get them". -- John Fader

  Don't know who took them exactly. They're from a highspeed plasma monitoring camera on the device. Before I uploaded the image (~5 months ago) I emailed asking if it was ok to use in wikipedia and got a response along the lines of "ok for use education or research" so I uploaded. I never saved the message....though perhaps that's needed now? --Deglr6328 20:36, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)

  This is a problem, I'm afraid. First, you should remove the Public Domain tag from the image now (it's clearly not in the public domain, but is the copyright of the fusion lab people). It should instead have one of the tags in the "General non-free licenses" section of Wikipedia:Image_copyright_tags. The terms you describe essentially amount to a "no commercial use" licence, so I think you should replace the tag with the corresponding "non commerical" tag. Please do this part as soon as possible, as right now people who take free-only subsets of wikipedia (such as the Mandrake Linux people) are at risk of using this image. Worse, per Wikipedia:Copyright_FAQ#Non-commercial_licenses, we'll either have to secure a more liberal licence or delete the image. And lastly (to finish raining on your parade) non-free images aren't eligible for FP status. Damn, and it really is an beautiful animation.
