Picture

[edit]

If anybody wants to put a picture on this page, there's a really good one at http://www.guitarcrazy.com.au/GibSES1501969.htm

I think it needs one of those charts like the other guitar pages has...I'd do it, but I don't know how.

The ES-150 is one of the most rare guitars on earth, not only was it thought of as the first REAL electric guitar but its sound and looks give it the great gibson name!!!!!!!!!!!!

The last sentance of Gibson ES-150's third paragraph, "His warm, flowing solos, and warm sound revolutionized the jazz guitar and, to this day, influence countless players." is cool.

The picture is a bit too small, with unsufficient quality and probably copyrighted. The one from Commons is really good and copyright compatible with the Wikipedia. Hope you like it... — MyttO 13:23, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ES-150 is not "semi acoustic'

[edit]

I'm editing the article to remove "semi-acoustic". The ES-150 is not "semi-acoustic" as that term is generally used (i.e., a hollow body with a block of wood inside for attachment of the bridge and tailpiece and to reduce feedback). The ES-150 is fully hollow. Psychlist (talk) 14:28, 5 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
