As article said, it has been heard before in German ex-Borland circles. However maybe it can be changed into a footnote in relevant articles (Microsoft.NET, Borland, Anders Hejlberg) instead of a separate lemma, but then you have duplication.

I found this to be highly relevant. I was looking for more information about C# and Delphi, and stumbled upon this page. It helps explain the defection of so many talented Borland programmers to Microsoft, and also explains some of the philosophy that helped to shape C#.

I think this article is relevant to the discussions of Borland, Microsoft and their respective technologies i.e. Delphi, Visual J++, the .NET framework, C# and the relative strenth and popularity of the development tools of each company. To incorporate it into all of the above topics would lead to a lot of duplication. Also, although it may not be easy to find references to this on the web and newspapers looking back today, it was very well known in the developer community at the time of Microsofts staff poaching spree. It engendered a lot of debate about the ethics of raiding your competitor. I believe it should be kept but elaborated.
