The cite book template is quite a handy way of unifying the look of book references. The way it works is:

*{{cite book|last=Lastname|first=Firstname Initial|year=year|title=The title goes here|publisher=The publisher goes here|id=ISBN 0123456789}}

Which produces this:

  • Lastname, Firstname Initial (year). The title goes here. The publisher goes here. ISBN 0123456789. {{cite book}}: Check date values in: |year= (help)CS1 maint: year (link)

Article and jounal references

There are, as yet, no templates available for citing chapters/articles within an editted collection or journals. The style should tend to this:
