Talk:Meta-humor
Is it just me or is this article a backhanded compliment to Conan?
"...metahumor is when a comedian tells a terrible joke on purpose, knowing that the terribleness of the joke itself will be humorous. Conan O'Brien is seen by some as the king of metahumor."
I'd delete it out of loyalty to the Cone-zone, but I laughed at it, so I left it unaltered.
Maybe worthy to add:
For myself, I love to practice anti-humor as it has (in my view) a strong connection with Camp; it is an ironic way of appreciating jokes that show 'bad taste'. For example, stale jokes and cliché-puns. - f keizer
