Is this supposed to be a list of fictional leaders of the whole world, like a dictator of Earth? Or a list of fictional leaders of different countries? Would this better be titled "List of fictional rulers?" Also, the Patrician isn't even on Earth, he rules in another Universe completely.

The Others

I was looking at the "Other" section, and I think we need to make some rules as to who qualifies as a ruler. Grand Fenwick and Borogravia are sovereign duchies, but Sto Helit has fealty to the crown of Sto Lat, so Mort and Susan don't count. Similarly, it's my understanding that a Prime Minister in a monarchy, such as Allen Summervale isn't a ruler, he's the representative of the people and head of government, but the monarch is head of state. (I haven't read the Honor Harrington books (yet - they're on my list), so this may work differently in the Star Kingdom of Manticore.)

And do all the demons need to be there?

I still haven't read Honor Harrington, but I've looked at the Manticore entry and the political set up seems pretty much the same as the UK's.

Satan is fictional

Why do you include Satan in the list of FICTIONAL rulers?? I thought we have NPOV. Christians believe that Satan exists, so we cannot call him "fictional."
