According to this Google search this is a copyright violation, although the response shows him as working in Louisiana, plus when you click on the link that comes up, the page doesn't show. Apparently he hasn't gotten around to putting up the same identical page for his California practice. Delete. Rick K 22:49, Nov 23, 2004 (UTC)
